  • Baking Vegan- means you are not using any animal derived products in your cakes. This includes Dairy and Eggs.

    In Vegan baking we replace animal ingredients with plant based ingredients instead.

    In Gluten Free baking, we are replacing gluten containing flours with that of a gluten free flour and baking powder.

  • Gluten free cakes follow the more tradition way of preparation but it’s not a case of just switching flour and thinking it will work. Gluten free cakes can get a bad rap if cakes are not baked with moisture rich ingredients.

  • Haha! YES 100% and some of our favourite recipes are actually vegan and gluten free. They are super tasty, moist and flavourful. Nothing bland in this course.

  • Yes and no is the answer. It’s trial and error if this approach will actually work. You may end up wasting lots of ingredients, time and money by experimenting. Let us take the stress out of adapting recipes when you buy our ready tried and tested vegan and gluten free cake course.

    We’ve spent months tinkering with recipes to get them just right every time. We’ve tested multiple variations and the recipes within this course produces the moistest, light, flavourful, stackable cakes.
