Baking Vegan- means you are not using any animal derived products in your cakes. This includes Dairy and Eggs.
In Vegan baking we replace animal ingredients with plant based ingredients instead.
In Gluten Free baking, we are replacing gluten containing flours with that of a gluten free flour and baking powder.

Gluten free cakes follow the more tradition way of preparation but it’s not a case of just switching flour and thinking it will work. Gluten free cakes can get a bad rap if cakes are not baked with moisture rich ingredients.

Haha! YES 100% and some of our favourite recipes are actually vegan and gluten free. They are super tasty, moist and flavourful. Nothing bland in this course.
